Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the mini-game service "Kiduk" provided by Yeoy Tech (CEO: Youngho Kim). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Kiduk offers free browser mini-games (solo and multiplayer), play records and rankings, and game-save features.

We may add, change, or discontinue games and features; significant changes will be announced in advance.

3. Accounts

You can play instantly as a guest or sign in with Google. Guest records can be merged into your account upon sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your device and browser secure.

4. Your obligations

The following are prohibited: manipulating records or rankings by abnormal means (cheating, automation), disrupting the service, offensive nicknames, and any unlawful activity.

Violations may lead to record removal or access restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the service and game content belong to the operator. Reproduction or distribution beyond personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge, "as is". We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, infrastructure failures, or your own fault.

We store records and saves with reasonable care but cannot guarantee complete preservation for a free service.
